This is our simple website - running on a beaglebone black, it hosts our favourite recipes and cakes, and things that interest us. There's an area for the kids for when they start to learn computing at school, and a personal blog for us all

Chard

    Garlic chard

    Quite simple but a good side dish.

    Warm some olive oil and drop in some sliced garlic and salt - don't overcook the garlic but let the flavour permeate the oil.

    We tend to steam the chard first to soften it up and then briefly stir fry it in the garlicky oil. Alternatively you could stir fry the chard in little oil then add the garlic oil at the end so as not to overcook the garlic.
