This is our simple website - running on a beaglebone black, it hosts our favourite recipes and cakes, and things that interest us. There's an area for the kids for when they start to learn computing at school, and a personal blog for us all

    Tacos

    750g lean minced beef
    1 tsp chilli powder
    1 tsp celery salt
    3 tsp cumin
    3 tsp oregano
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp ground corriander
    2 onions chopped really small
    240ml passata or 1 can tomato
    
    Taco shells
    Shredded lettuce
    Grated cheese
    Sliced tomatoes 
    Coriander leaf
    Mexican beer/Tequila
    
    Not hard this at all. Fry the beef and onions until brown and then remove any excess fat. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until the tomato is absorbed and the mixture is quite dry.
    Fill taco shells with beef and toppings of choice.
    Usually this makes enough for 16-20 Taco's with leftovers for wraps the next day.
    If making seasoning in batch, then 3-4x the spices fill a small box.
