Potatoes

Roast paprika potatoes

olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1.25Kg potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes

Mix 2 tbsp oil, paprika and some salt and pepper together. Tip the potatoes into a large roasting tray and pour over the oil mixture. Stir the potatoes until well coated and roast in the oven for an hour or so - goes well with slow roast pork.
