This is our simple website - running on a beaglebone black, it hosts our favourite recipes and cakes, and things that interest us. There's an area for the kids for when they start to learn computing at school, and a personal blog for us all

    Quick Blueberry Fool

  2. Sometimes fools can be as simple as stirring fruit into cream.

    
    300g blueberries, plus some for decoration
    3 tablespoons caster sugar
    350ml double eream
    25g pistaehios, roughly chopped (optional)
    
    

    Put the blueberries in a small pan and add the sugar and 2 tablespoons of water, Simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes. Crush with a fork then let them cool, Beat the cream until thick, then gently fold in the cold fruits. Leave to settle in the fridge for an hour or so before serving, sprinkle with extra blueberries or the chopped pistachios.
