This is our simple website - running on a beaglebone black, it hosts our favourite recipes and cakes, and things that interest us. There's an area for the kids for when they start to learn computing at school, and a personal blog for us all

Chocolate

    Black Magic Chocolate Pudding

    
    100g Self raising flour
    60g Cocoa powder
    110g Light muscovado sugar
    170ml milk
    60g butter, melted
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 tsp vanilla extract
     For the topping
    85g Light muscovado sugar
    60g Cocoa powder
    
    

    Preheat the oven to 180 deg C and grease a two-pint souffle dish. Whisk the flour, cocoa, sugar in one bowl and beat the milk, butter, egg and vanilla extract in another, then mix everything togather and pour into the souffle dish. Sprinkle the topping ingredients over the pudding and pour over 500ml of boiling water. Bake for 35-40mins then serve with ice-cream.
