Chinese spinach salmon pasta

This is a really quick and easy dish to make and I know it's not authentic, but it works

1 packet of spinach
1 clove garlic, grated
2 pieces of salmon
225g Linguine
1 tbsp rice vinegar
A red pepper, chopped
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil

Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until done, but al-dente, meanwhile cook all the other ingredients in microwave in a large bowl for about 6-8 minutes, flake the salmon then simply mix through the linguine
