Rum Truffles

115g Sandwich cake crumbs
60g Chocolate
30g sultanas - chopped up
1 tbsp rum
1 dsp golden syrup 
Vermicelli

Melt the chocolate and add all except the vermicelli. Roll into balls and roll in the vemicelli
