This is our simple website - running on a beaglebone black, it hosts our favourite recipes and cakes, and things that interest us. There's an area for the kids for when they start to learn computing at school, and a personal blog for us all

Chocolate

    Orange pot au chocolat

    3 eggs, separated
    150g 70% Dark chocolate
    Chocolate Drops
    50ml orange juice
    25ml Grand Marnier
    A handful of Hotel Chocolat Orange Tangs (enrobed candied orange)
    
    

    Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or a microwave, stirring all the time.

    Whisk the egg whites to soft peaks in a large bowl

    Beat the egg yolks into the melted chocolate and when fully mixed add the orange juice and Grand Marnier. Gently fold in egg whites.

    Place a few Orange Tangs in the bottom of the serving glasses/pots and pour over the chocolate mousse mixture.

    Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
