This is our simple website - running on a beaglebone black, it hosts our favourite recipes and cakes, and things that interest us. There's an area for the kids for when they start to learn computing at school, and a personal blog for us all

    Irish cider and sausage pot

    
    285ml Can campbells condensed cream of mushroom soup
    285ml Dry cider
    2 large onions sliced
    700g Potatoes, peeled and quartered
    450g pork sausages
    2 tbsp parsley
    seasoning
    
    

    Mix soup and cider in a large pan, add the onions, potatoes and sausages, then heat gently until it comes to the boil. Put lid on and simmer gently for an hour until the potatoes are cooked. Add parsley and season.

    Stir well and serve with green veg as this does look a little bland.
