This is our simple website - running on a beaglebone black, it hosts our favourite recipes and cakes, and things that interest us. There's an area for the kids for when they start to learn computing at school, and a personal blog for us all

    Chocolate Roulade

    6 eggs - separated
    1/4 tsp vanilla essence
    8oz caster sugar
    2oz cocoa
    
    bar cadburys chocolate
    450ml whipping cream
    

    Preheat oven to 160C and line a swiss roll tin (13"x9")

    Whip eggs yolks, vanilla and sugar until creamy, then fold in sieved cocoa. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Pour into the tin and cook for about 20mins until set and springy

    Remove from oven, allow to shrink and tip onto parchment covered with icing sugar

    Melt chocolate and spread over cake. Spread over whipped cream and attempt to roll like a swiss roll
