Corfu

Corfu 2021
2021 mid pandemic, we managed to get to Corfu and stayed in the Nissaki Seaview Hotel. Corfu was superbly organised, in that, absolutely everyone on the island was vaccinated, the hotels organised for doctors to come to the hotel to do the mandatory covid tests to allow you to fly home, and helped you fill out all the documentation needed.
The restaurants were all open, so we visited the usual spots, Glyfa, Mitsos, Agni. It was so nice just to get away, and to revisit Corfu which we'd not been back to for some time.
