This is our simple website - running on a beaglebone black, it hosts our favourite recipes and cakes, and things that interest us. There's an area for the kids for when they start to learn computing at school, and a personal blog for us all

    Ginger Cake

    
    115g Margerine
    100g  Sugar
    1 tbsp Golden Syrup
    150ml milk
    170g Self raising flour
    Half tsp bicarbonate of soda
    
    

    Put everything except the flour and bicarb in a pan and bring to the boil. Beat in the flour and bicarb until smooth, then pour into an 18cm lined and buttered tin. Bake for 30mins at 180 deg C
