Rocky road

4oz butter
8oz chocolate
2 tbsp golden syrup
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp castor sugar
4oz maltesers
4oz chocolate chips
4ox mini marshmallows
8oz ginger biscuits, roughly crushed

Not hard to work this one out! Melt the butter, chocolate, sugar and golden syrup, allow to cool slightly and mix in all the remaining ingredients, then press into a tray and put aside to set.
