Tahaa

Tahaa and Raiatea are islands that almost touch. Whilst we dropped anchor in Raiatea on day 2, we basically spent most of the day aroung Tahaa snorkling. We did a fantastic guided drift snorkel between two motu's

This tour we had our first experience of 'happy juice', basically local rum punch, which put everyone in good spirits

We also visited a vanilla factory to see the ladies hand turning and testing all the vanilla, and a pearl farm to see how they seeded the pearls

The ship then sailed around the islands to drop anchor at Tahaa where we went to Motu Mahana for a beach BBQ organised by the ships crew.
