This is our simple website - running on a beaglebone black, it hosts our favourite recipes and cakes, and things that interest us. There's an area for the kids for when they start to learn computing at school, and a personal blog for us all

    Halloumi pizzettes with caper and chilli dressing

    300g ciabatta mix
    250g halloumi, very thinly,sliced
    Half red onion, very thinly sliced
    Olive oil
    2 tbsp capers, drained
    1 red chilli, finely chopped
    Half small clove garlic, crushed
    bunch parsley, chopped to serve
    
    

    Heat the oven to 180C. Make up the ciabatta mix and divide into 2. Roll out into ovals and put them on a large baking sheet. Divide the halloumi and red onion between them, season and drizzle with a little oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes until puffed.

    Mix the rest of the ingredients with 2 tbsp olive oil and season. Spoon over the hot pizzettes before eating.
