Ginger bread men

2oz butter
2oz sugar
1.5 tbsp golden syrup
6oz self raising flour
1/2 tcp bicarb
1 tsp ginger
decoration
little helpers

Melt the butter, sugar and golden syrup together, and pour into the sifted flour, bicarb and ginger. Mix into a ball and shape.

Cook in a 190deg oven
