    Herb butter

    I do hate buying expensive Sainsbury's herbs and then they go off before you use them all up. So, we often chop the herbs up and mix with butter and then freeze. This preserves all their colour and flavour. So when steak night comes around, a slice of tarragon butter on the top goes down a treat.
