Carrots and Parsnips

Parsnip chips

Not hard this one...

450g parsnips
2 tbsp oil

Peel and trim the parsnips, and cut into chunky sized chips.

Heat the oil in a roasting tin in a preheated oven 200 deg C. When hot add the parsnip chips into the hot oil. Bake for 30-35 mins turning occasionally.
