Satay sauce

Hard recipe this one, mix the following....

6 tbsp peanut butter
8 tbsp soy sauce
6 tbsp fish sauce
4 tbsp cider vinegar
40 tbsp water
3 tbsp sugar
9 tbsp sesame oil

For a spicy peanut sauce, we need to adjust slightly

2.5 tbsp peanut butter
2.5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
8 tbsp cider vinegar
5 tbsp oil
13 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp sesame oil
3 crushed dried chillies
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 piece ginger, grated
