    Rye Bread

I was looking at what to do with caraway seeds, so we made this rye bread and homemade oyster crackers - both worked well.
    175ml milk
    175ml water
    2 tbsp soft brown sugar
    2 tsp yeast
    250g rye flour
    250g white bread flour
    1 tbsp sea salt
    2 tsp caraway seeds
    oil to stop hands sticking

mix all together and knead to smooth ball. Let rise for an hour or so, knock back, slice top and let rise further. Bake for approx 40mins-50mins in 180deg oven.
