Rice Krispie Squares

1500 ml Rice Krispies
45g Butter
300g Marshmallows
Chocolate to cover

Melt the butter in a very large pan and add the marshmallows. Stir continually until these are melted, then pour in the rice krispies and stir until coated. Do your best to get it into a flat tray and smooth down. It's easier if it's cooled a little otherwise it sticks to the spoons. When cold cover with melted chocolate then cut up into squares.
