Dukan diet made tasty

    Yuk Sung

    1 kg pork mince
1 fennel bulb, chopped into small pieces
    2 sticks celery, sliced thinly
    2 onions, chopped small
    A little groundnut oil
2 tbsp Chinese five spice powder
    4 tbsp dark soy sauce
    1.5 tbsp sesame oil
    1 iceberg lettuce

Fry the onions in a bit of oil for a few minutes until going soft, the add the pork and fry until browned. Add the 5 spice powder and soy, then cook for a further 10-15 minutes or so. When the liquid has all but gone, stir through the sesame oil, heat though for a couple minutes, then add the celery and fennel. Mix well and allow the residual heat to partially cook the fennel and celery. It wants to remain crunchy.

Serve in iceberg lettuce leaves that have been refreshed in ice cold water in the fridge
