This is our simple website - running on a beaglebone black, it hosts our favourite recipes and cakes, and things that interest us. There's an area for the kids for when they start to learn computing at school, and a personal blog for us all

Potatoes

    Potatoes gruyere

    
    6 large new potatoes
    280ml soured cream or milk
    150g gruyere cheese, grated
    1 small onion, grated
    2 tbsp chives, chopped
    2 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
    
    

    Preheat the oven to 170 deg C. Slice the potatoes thinly, mix the cream, onion and chives, then layer in a dish with the cheese. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top, cover, then bake for an hour and a half. Vary the dish with the addition of garlic or caraway seeds.
