This is our simple website - running on a beaglebone black, it hosts our favourite recipes and cakes, and things that interest us. There's an area for the kids for when they start to learn computing at school, and a personal blog for us all

    3 Egg whites
    140g Castor sugar
    1 tsp White wine vinegar
    1 tsp Cornflour
    1 tsp Vanilla essence
    Berries
    Double Cream
    
    

    Line a dish with tinfoil and oil lightly, use grapeseed or groundnut oil

    Beat the egg whites until very stiff and beat in half the sugar until shiny. Fold in the rest of the sugar and cut in the vinegar, cornflour and vanilla essense.

    Pipe the mix in large rosettes round the dish and bake at 135 deg C for up to an hour. When cold pile whipped cream and berries into the center and serve.
