Steve's website

This is our simple website - running on a beaglebone black, it hosts our favourite recipes and cakes, and things that interest us. There's an area for the kids for when they start to learn computing at school, and a personal blog for us all

  2. This is also good as a side to fish, but we really like it on crackers or crostini

    6 large red peppers
    6 anchovies
    sea salt
    olive oil
    garlic
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    40g drained capers
good slosh of white wine vinegar

The peppers need to be roasted and skins removed, then all the ingredients blitzed to a reasonably smooth consistency. If it's too wet or tastes slightly wishy washy, then concentrate it in a flat tray in a 120 degree oven
