This is our simple website - running on a beaglebone black, it hosts our favourite recipes and cakes, and things that interest us. There's an area for the kids for when they start to learn computing at school, and a personal blog for us all

    Salmon with olive and tomato tapenade

    
    4 salmon fillets
    4 tomatoes, finely chopped
    6 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp white wine vinegar
    2 tbsp tapenade
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    Seasoning
    
    

    Mix the tomatoes, oil, vinegar, garlic and tapenade in a bowl and season to taste. Spread the mixture over the top of the salmon fillets and roast in a preheated 200 deg C oven for 10-15 mins, until the salmon is cooked to taste.
